I was recommended Melatonin by a friend a few months ago. I had a lot of trouble sleepinig (insomnia) and was hesitant to take perscription or over the counter sleep aids. I have been using Melatonin since and am really happy with the impact is has had on my life. I am able to get to sleep faster and stay sleeping. Each Night I utilize 5MG sublingual with an additional 3MG time-release. I also started incorporating Valerian and 5-HTP into my nightime regimen, both of which have enabled me to sleep even better and awake feeling energzed and refreshed.

Source Natural's Melatonin is one of the few melatonin products that is taken sub-lingually. This is one of the key factors in this product's success, I believe, as so many of the other melatonin products which are ingested end up causing "loopy" dreams. They are fast acting and taste just fine. The most common use for this product for myself is to use it to get my sleep schedule back on track. Over the counter sleeping pills severely degrade quality of sleep, and leave me restless all night long. Natural melatonin is quickly absorbed sub-lingually and gets me to bed quick. If I have an important meeting, or early wake up call, I rely on this product. I like to combine it with 5-HTP for more restorative sleep which makes daily stresses much more manageable.
