How it's used: Constipation
This is a great product. I've always suffered from constipation even though I eat mostly vegetables with small amounts of meat/chicken/fish. I thought I had lactose or gluten issues as I would always be bloated and gassy. Whenever I would eat non whole-grain bread, the constipation would get worse. I realized and it was from the stool just staying in my intestines and not moving. After the first day of taking 2 pills at night and 2 in the morning, I finally felt relief. After 2 days, I increased to 3 pills morning and evening and that's where I'm staying. I can't imagine taking 6 pills at a time but everyone's body is different. This is most effective if you drink at least 6-8 glasses of liquid a day and continue eating fruits, vegetables and high fiber food. Good luck.
