How it's used: Hot flashes,headaches and hormone changes or mood swings
A fridn of mine informed me that I should try Estrotone. This month August 2009 I went to GNC in the Oxford Valley Mall and bout a bottle. However that day when I tried to swallow the cap, I had difficult in swallowing, I felt some pain in my throught. I remembered that I was in ER some months ago when I swallowed a fish bone, probably I still have that scar. When I tried again to swallow another cap, the pain intensified, however I realised that this was not a soft gel and I knew I wouldn't be able to go on. I went back to the GNC where I purchase the Chapter Estrotone but the person I found sounded unplesant and rude> I explained to her that I purchase this item along with other vitamins and I used the GNC card and my Debt card. I understand that I lost my receipt but because of the health problem I asked them to look into this matter but the lady refused and suggested that I return the following day to talk to someone else. I just feel so sad that I have to loose that money and there is no help for this matter. Many people have informed me that this vitamin is good but due to my throught problem I am unable to swallow these caps! If you have the liquid or another form of tablets that could help. I will try to go back to GNC, if nothing is done then I will seek alternative help. Thank you, worried customer

How it's used: mostly for headaches
I've been getting terrible headaches for about 8 months. Usually this happens mid month but lately they last somewhere between 10-14 days. They are incredibly painful & sometimes it takes me down to the point where i can't lift my head up off the pillow. That's not conducive to taking care of my 7 year old daughter. My doctor has prescribed migraine medication & I have tried many prescription meds and have tried EVERY over the counter headache medication on the market. I believe it is hormonal and have decided to try Estrotone. I've only been taking Estrotone for about a week but i feel more calm and headaches have calmed down for now... I am desperate and hope this product gives me some relief. Is there anybody else out there suffering from horrible headaches who has taken Estrotone? I am hopefull this will help but would appreciate any feed back specifically about headache relief due to hormonal changes. Thanks!

I have tried many prescribed products and natural products with side effects and/ or simply uneffective. Newchapter's estrotone works for me and has been working for me for over eight years. I have moved to an area of the country where estrtone is not handled in the local health food stores. Yeah!! I found it online. Wonderful product.

I developed severe headaches while I was taking Estrotone. I stopped taking this pill on day 14 and the headaches went away. I am so glad I stopped this pill.

the lady before me, ditto, itworks and i am looking to purchase it locally, if you know of a distributor on the Sunshine Coast, gibsons, sechelt, pender harbor, let me know, i have to go to vancouver to get mine. I am not a big over the internet shopper sorry

I was having hot flashes every few minutes for about 3 weeks in the winter months of 2006 and I went to the natural food market and bought Estrotone. It has to build up in your system. I also was having crying spells and I am not real big on crying or never have been a crier. By the end of the 2nd week I could tell a major difference. The hot flashes weren't as often and by the end of the 4th week, I had no hot flashes and no crying spells. It's been almost eight months and I have not had one hot flash or crying spell. I would swear by Estrotone and would highly recommend it to all menopausal women
