Hyland's Calms Forte Soothes nerves naturally. Contains four botanicals and five biochemic phosphates that work to relieve the stress and nervous tension of daily life:

Passiflora 1X Triple Strength - for restless or wakeful sleep from exhaustion

Avena Sativa 1X Double Strength - for stress, nervousness or nervous headache

Humulus Lupulus 1X Double Strength - for drowsiness with incomplete sleep

Chamomilla 2X (Chamomile) - for nervous irritability

And the following biochemic phosphates for enhancing cellular function:

Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and over:

As a relaxant: 1 to 2 tablets with water as needed three times daily, preferably before meals.

For Sleeplessness: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring.

Children under 12 years: 1/2 the adult dose.
