How it's used: Help preventing UTIs
Being prone to Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs), I've tried lots of herbal remedies as preventives. Taking big doses of Cipro for the infections works, but I want to avoid doing that unless I have to and my doctor agrees with me on this. She suggested Cranberry supplements which I do take as well, but after trying a bunch of products out there, I have found SUPER CRANACTIN to be far superior to other things with the exception of pure Uva Ursi. This combination of herbs and vitamins in SuperCranactin is really the best according to the information I've been able to find out about UTIs and natural remedies. One suggestion: take it daily every morning to prevent a UTI but if you feel one coming on, take more frequent doses with lots of water or cranberry juice that day. If it doesn't do the trick, call your doctor immediately and get tested. UTIs are not just painful, they are also not good for your system, kidneys especially. I highly recommend SuperCranactin.
