How it's used: Decreases blood sugar and an added plus of better sleep
I have been trying to lower a 500 blood sugar level without medicine. I have been taking GlycoTrol with other supplements. After experimenting with many types of supplements I am now down to fasting 150 and during the day 120. I am atributing this in part to GlycoTrol. I also found I am sleeping through the night which I think is because there is L-Tryptophan in the formula.
