Pet Dophilus® is a probiotic formulation designed to help your pet maintain a balanced intestinal microbial ecosystem in order to promote intestinal health and immune function.* The 4 species in Pet Dophilus® are among the dominant beneficial microorganisms found in the intestinal tract of dogs and cats.* In addition to probiotics, Pet Dophilus® also contains whey protein and Metabolin®. Whey protein helps promote the growth of the beneficial microorganisms.* Metabolin® is a supernatant powder (special blend of ingredients derived from the fermentation of Lactobacillus and Propionibacterium species), and works synergistictly with the probiotic bacteria.* Each gram (approximately 1/4 teaspoon) contains 4 billion total probiotic bacteria.

Probiotic supplement for cats and dogs. Mix the following quantity daily into food or water:For cats and small dogs: 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 to 1.0 g)    For medium size dogs: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1.0 to 2.0 g)     For large size dogs: 1/2 to 1 full teaspoon (2.0 to 4.0 g) Or give as directed by your veterinarian.
