Glycemic Balance® is a nutritious low glycemic meal supplement designed to provide the body with sustained energy.* It also supports the management of appetite and healthy weight achievement by minimizing glycemic fluctuations in the body.* It contains fenugreek and glucomannan, which in human studies, have been shown to support blood sugar balance and weight management.*

Add 2 scoops of powder to 8 oz of cold water, low-fat milk, soy milk or rice milk. Mix, shake, or blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Add flax oil, nuts and seeds for additional benefit. For sugar restricted diets or weight management diets, add fruit or juice to enhance the taste.

NOTE: This product contains naturally occurring phytoestrogens. Do not take more than 3 servings per day. Do not give more than one serving per day to children between 8 and 12 years old. Do not give to children under 8 years old.
