I didn't think plain old simple herbs could help me for my irritable bowel. I was on elavil for 12 years. That did help. I wanted to get off the elavil which I did. Muddled through a few months doing not too badly. Then, suffered terribly getting off of wheat then on again in order to have celiac test. Test turned out negative but still think I have sensitivity to wheat. But, going off and on the wheat like that destroyed my intestines. They were so sensitive that I was in pain all the time. As I said, I really didn't think herbs would help. First day I took Ibergast with my lunch. Left my house in my car, was sitting at a stoplight 20 mins. later when all of a sudden I felt a knot in my intestine ease up. This was very unusual because sitting in a car or at a computer usually makes my intestines much worse. I am getting so much relief now that I can't believe what a miracle Ibergast is. I did have to figure out that taking it before and with my meal works better than waiting until after my meal when my intestines were all seized up. I don't think taking it is inconvenient. I would do anything not to have the pain I was in. Plus, I think it tastes wonderful. Put it in warm water and drink it like a tea. Then minute it first hit my mouth I knew it was soothing. I can usually tell if a food is going to bother me the minute I put it in my mouth. I highly recommend Ibergast!

How it's used: Symptoms of Crohn's/Colitis such as gas, bloating, diarrhea
I've been taking Iberogast for one month and have been very pleased with results. The loose, watery stools of Crohn's/Colitis flare are gone. The Iberogast has truly been helping to normalize bowel function. Perhaps with continued use of Iberogast the frequency of bathroom visits will continue to diminish. I'm hopeful.

Works minimally. But my case was severe. Maybe give it a try. It worked better when I first started using it. Then kind of stopped working so well.

How it's used: Help prevent IBS symptoms
I guess I need to take this a while to see whether it really works. I read very good reports about the ingredients in Iberogast, even scientific studies. That is why I decided to try it. It is not yet clear to me what it does exactly (e.g. prevent gas, slight laxative working).

Fantastic product, just not always available. Great for IBS symtoms. Best I've used so far.
