I am african american and with relaxers and heat damage it can cause your hair to break off a great deal. I was young when i got a relaxer and didn't know how to take car of it which cause my hair to thin about half of its consistency . After about 6months of taking Hair Force my hair grew thicker and about 6 inches longer. Also, my nails were beautiful and longer. Because of the many vitamins it has, it also keeps you from getting sick...try hair force..you DEFINITELY wont be sorry.
